[Postponement Until Further Notice] The 46th Children Story Telling Competition
Thank you for your staunch support for Children Story Telling Competition.
Although the COVID-19 epidemic situation has gradually eased, some eligible school grades covered by the competition (K1 nursery to primary 6) would not resume classes this school year. Therefore, the Organizer decided NOT to hold The 46th Children Story Telling Competition in this school year of 2019/2020, and postpone until further notice.
Enrollment will be restarted and other competition details will be announced by then. Please stay tuned to our website and Facebook page.

Entering the 46th year, “Children Story Telling Competition” has been striving to encourage schools and parents to work together, nurturing children to develop good reading habits, inspiring them with educational and meaningful stories and developing their future goals. The Competition has been one of the most influential and popular activities among children, parents and teachers in Hong Kong since 1970s. Through the competition, we aim to:
– Foster children’s reading, creative thinking, organising and speaking skills;
– Encourage children to build up self-confidence and their presentation skills;
– Encourage children to gain inspiration from the stories with a view to develop positive values;
– Enhance communications between parents and children, teachers and students.
Theme of the Year – “Little Creature in my Heart”
Through infinite imagination and wide reading, children would be able to take a voyage of self-discovery, and express their big splendid ideas in their little creative minds by storytelling.
